Delivery  –  We hold accounts with various carriers who can deliver to you onsite in Geelong, Surf Coast, Western Victoria, Melbourne and surrounds, also nationally. We can offer a quote for delivery or arrange for collection where possible if you wish to.  Our accounts include insurance to ensure goods are delivered to you in new condition, due to frequency of our deliveries with carriers we can offer you great rates.

Product lead times  –   Providing items are in stock you will receive your delivery within 7 days from day of order.      If a piece has sold out and waiting for restocking we will advise you within 24 hours of the current lead time to ensure this date will be suitable or we can offer alternative solutions that may work into your concept.

Quality  –  We make full enquiries into all product sold prior to specifying, we want you to live with and enjoy pieces we offer for much time to come.  All compositions being frames, fabrics, fittings, accessories and manufacturing are at the highest qualities. We can supply detailed product specifications and care instructions for all products via email or post prior to purchasing and also advise from our experience from working with the products.   We can offer a micro seal treatment to Floor Rugs if desired for heavy traffic or child friendly areas, what best treatments to use on furniture tops and upholstered pieces.

Product Samples – We can post fabric/product samples to you where possible of any of our pieces and also offer further images via email or post prior to purchasing.  We want to ensure you will receive exactly the shape, style quality and look you will be happy with.

Sourcing – “I can’t find what I am looking for on your site”– We show a very small selection online of what is available. We can source pieces for you from your own description or offer ideas of product that will work in your space.   We work with craftspeople to produce a lot of Custom pieces annually also, these can be surprisingly cost effective whilst gaining exact measurements, fabric qualities & colourings, timber types etc. for your concept.

Payment – We have two Methods of payment available : Direct deposit or Credit card facilities –
